Ballintubber GAA Club is often the thread that knits together events and occasions in the community. It is 17 miles from one end of the parish to the other yet the club manages to bring the communities of Killawalla, Ballintubber, Clogher, Errew, Ballyglass and Carnacon together on a regular basis. Rural Ireland has come under threat for various reasons over the years but the club knows that a wonderful vibrancy exists in their Parish and they believe the voluntary spirit and enthusiasm of those involved with Ballintubber GAA Club are responsible this. Their aim is to pass on a legacy of achievement on the playing fields and a deep spirit of service and a sense of Community to future generations
