Ballymore Eustace GFC is located in Kildare

2010 was a huge year for Ballymore Eustace and it’s GAA club. They won the Intermediate Leinster Football Final. This journey showed what club and community mean to each other. They think it was the community that won that Leinster Title along with the team. The Leinster Final was to be played in Ballymore Eustace on 5th December but was cancelled due to the weather. The match was re-fixed for 16th December. Snow fell thick across the pitch during the week before the match. Unbelievably, the community decided to dig the snow off the pitch and during the week before the 16th over 18inches of snow was removed by players, community interests, friends, committee, mothers, fathers and children.
