Glanworth GAA

The parish is made up of three separate small villages ( Glanworth, Balliindangan and Curraghgalla) each with its own Primary School and Church. It is no exaggeration to say that the GAA club is the single most important unifying force in the community. The three primary schools provide the girls and boys who join the Juvenile clubs. When these young players become adults their allegiance remains to Glanworth GAA Club.
