Monaleen GAA Club

Monaleen GAA Club is at the kernel of community life for so many people in the parish and adjoining areas. The aim of the club is to improve and expand its facilities to better serve the community and to attract new members. Over and above its core use as a GAA facility the club house facilitates a wide range of community functions such as a weekly 45 game, table quizzes, local meetings of various community groups, this year saw the first four course full sit down meal catered for the county winning football team of 2010, this year also saw the first family fun day which saw hundreds of parishioners and others venture to the club for a memorable day that is still talked about.
