As well as fostering and promoting our natural cultural pastimes, the club is intricate to every aspect of the areas local society. Players and members from all social strata in the area intermingle which allows for a unique social interaction which otherwise would not occur. It gives an opportunity for people in the community to come together and meet, not only at trainings and matches, but also to events throughout the year organised by the club e.g. Irish nights, Fun runs, Family Barbeques etc.
