Slieverue

This club is the only sporting club in the parish. They cater for boys and girls from 4 years upwards. During the playing season in excess of 100 youths participate in training and games on three evenings each week and again at weekends. They have in excess of twenty trained coaches and they work with various teams, both juvenile and adult.
