St. Joseph’s/OCB GAA Club

Formed in 1990 with the amalgamation of St. Josephs G.F.C. (formed 1918) and O’Connell Boys G.F.C. (formed 1964). The club is the only remaining G.A.A. club in the North Inner City Dublin where once there were numerous clubs and the games flourished. 

St. Josephâ’s O’Connell Boys GAA Club currently has a membership of approximately 130 members ranging in age from 6 to 65. Playing membership is 110 approximately. Players are drawn from an area covering East Wall, North Wall, Gardiner Street, Summerhill, Ballybough, North Strand and Fairview.
