How did you first get involved in playing GAA Football?
When I was 6, a man named Ben Kelly had us playing Gaelic football in our local park every Saturday morning.

What is your earliest memory of playing with your local club?
At aged 8, playing in the under 10 leagues on a Saturday in our club pitch.

How much of an influence did your club or club members have on you?
A massive influence. we had a lot of good coaches and senior players at our club to give good guidance and coaching.

How important do you think your GAA club is to your community?
It’s huge. It’s very important for people to take part as their kids will be part of it in the future.Gaa in the city has become very big and our club is growing all the time and needs more and more help.

When did you make your county debut?
2005 Connaught final vs. Mayo.

What’s the most memorable match you’ve played in?
All Ireland Club final 2006.

What’s your match day ritual ?
Go to the sea in the morning before the game.

What is the most memorable match you’ve played in?
All Ireland club final in 2006 and the 2008 quarter final vs. Kerry.

Since April 2008

What is your number one tip for prospective players?
Train Hard and enjoy football.

What is your favourite venue to play in?
Croke Park

What’s the toughest part of the championship?
Getting knocked out and the training.

What’s the best thing about playing for your county?
Enjoyment!
