Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. This competition is part of the Ulster Bank GAA All-Ireland Football Sponsorship campaign 2010.
  2. The promoter is Ulster Bank Ireland Limited, Georges Quay, Dublin 2.
  3. The competition is open to all users of the Ulster Bank GAA All Ireland Football Sponsorship website (http://www.ulsterbank.com/gaa / http://gaa.ulsterbank.com). Website registration is free.
  4. There will be three winners chosen each week that will win from a selection of GAA merchandise including a jacket, jersey and a GAA mini ball.
  5. There will be one overall winner chosen that will win two tickets to the GAA All Ireland Football Championships on 19th September 2010 and two nights in a pre-selected four star hotel in Dublin city centre. No cash prize or alternative will be offered.
  6. To be eligible to win entrants must have entered at least one weekly quiz and answered ten questions correctly. The prize winner will be selected at random by an independent judge from all those who have entered at least one weekly quiz and answered ten questions correctly. The grand prize winner will be selected no later than 14th September 2010.
  7. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone by 14th September 2010. In the event that any of the winners are under 18, a parent or guardian must claim the prize on their behalf.
  8. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are not received by the promoter for any reason whatsoever. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules will be disqualified.
  9. The competition will run from 23rd June 2010 and the closing date for entries is the 12th September 2010.
  10. Details of the winner will be available by sending a registered letter after 21st September 2010 to:

  11. The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with the competition and the winners' personal data will be used for the purposes of this competition only.
  12. The draw is not open to anyone employed by Ulster Bank Group (including contract workers), their families or anyone associated with the draw. In the event of this happening the prize will immediately become null and void and a new winner will be chosen.
  13. The decision of the independent judge shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. No application for any Ulster Bank product or service is necessary for entry. Entries are not returnable.
  15. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
  16. The promoter shall not be responsible for any matter arising out of or resulting from the enjoyment of the prize in this competition.
  17. Entry into the competition shall be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
